Bill,
The following revisions are needed on to the Final Plat you sent to me yesterday:
Remove the note: "Sanitary Sewer Easement to be abandoned by this plat" - the abandonment of this
easement is covered in Note 3. on page 1 of this plat, and will be accomplished by separate instrument.
Add a very large note on page 1 of the plat stating "NO BUILDING PERMITS SHALL BE ISSUED FOR ANY
CONSTRUCTION ON LOTS 9 -22 UNTIL LOMR HAS BEEN RECEIVED FROM FEMA BY THE CITY OF
COPPELL".
Update and correct the owner's name and the filing information on the 0.725 acre tract abutting
Alexander Court to the west.
Remove the diagonal solid line within 0.725 tract (projected extension of the common lot line between
lots 9 and 10).
The next available filing deadline is noon Monday, March 17th, to be considered at the April 17, 2008 Planning
and Zoning meeting. 12 folded copies of the revised final plat and an application form are required. A filing fee
will not be required.
Additional comments may be generated through the DRC/P&Z process.
