The parties involved have reviewed the information that was submitted for the permit. A complete
package was not submitted to BI for the permit. The submittal was missing the detail for the "Entry
Tower" and the "Corner Wall". Those items were part of the prior Council approval. Gary approved a
minor revision to them 2/21/08.
Bottom line, it appears that if we pull together all the pieces from BI and Planning and attach them to
the permit, then the wall could be permitted today. All parties are looking at the information today
prior to the start of DRC.
On another matter, it seems that a determination has been made on the flood study. I should receive
my copy from FEMA today. David Ritter already has a copy. I think it was sent to him by Mr.
Hawkins or his attorney.
We could be getting close to wrapping up all the outstanding issues and moving forward.

I received a call from Mike of TRW - the wall contractor for Alexander Court... he is AWARE of the entry features
planned for the wall, and his wall terminates to allow for them, however, it is not part of his contract... therefore
not part of the permit..
I told him we are going to discuss this this afternoon... and get back to him
he was responding to a call from Hawkins wanting to know where the wall permit stands...
