Re: Mira Mar
Good morning,
Our office received the amended permit drawings from Mike Windsor of TRW this morning for the Alexander Court wall.
The new submission included details and features that have changed and been approved since the November 30, 2007 submittal, along
with notes delineating the new extent of work that no longer includes the entry towers. We also received a new value of construction, so
we were now able to calculate the new permit fee.
Permit is now approved and ready to be picked up. Mr. Windsor has indicated he will contact his office to have the check cut either today
or tomorrow so he can get his permit and begin work.

I am operating under the assumption that everyone saw the email from Taylor-Olson regarding the hold harmless agreement we demanded
from the developer in order for us to move forward with issuing the permit for the wall construction on the project. Are we making that
happen?
I also know that Taylor-Olson expects us to follow through on the plat approval that the applicant has requested since we made the offer to
do so. I realize that the property will then be re-platted once FEMA finalizes the flood plain issue. Are we moving forward with the plat as
requested?
Given the contentiousness of the situation regarding the developer and the fact that we are in the middle of litigation, I have asked David
Dodd to attend the P&Z meeting when the plat is considered. We just want to make sure we have legal representation present n the event
something unusual is presented from the developer and to be available to provide legal counsel to the P&Z.
David Ritter and David Dodd, please advise if I am missing anything.
Thanks.
Clay
