Thanks, Ken. Just to be clear on the outcome of our meeting on 3/14/08, since Mr. Berkebile's
proposed property will fall just outside of the floodplain as a result of the approved LOMR base flood
elevation of 493 through the property, a Letter of Map Amendment (LOMA) to FEMA is all that you
will require to prove that it will in fact be out of the floodplain, is that correct? Given this new LOMR
approval information for Alexander Court, please let me know if there is anything else you will require
other than the LOMA to allow Mr. Berkebile's property development to proceed.
Thank you.

Ken,
Did the 100yr flood plain elevation drop to 493' (or whatever the lower level was)?

We received the approved study from FEMA on 3/24/08. It generally follows what was submitted.

Ken,
Just checking back. Any word from Hawkins or Nathan Maier Engineering regarding the LOMR approval for the
Alexander Court development? Assuming it has not yet been received by the City, has Hawkins given you a new
ETA? Thanks.

Ken,
Jeffrey Alvarez from Robert Halff and I would like to meet with you as soon as possible to discuss the
development of our property at 239 W. Bethel. Do you have some time this afternoon? Both Jeffrey and I are out
of town next week and we have some questions regarding floodplain/floodway as they relate to our project. Let
me know. Thanks.
