Said work included the excavation of various pits from which the horizontal drilling process was commenced. Horizontal Holes International, Inc. performed all labor and provided all materials associa2~dwith the horizontal drilling process. The agreed upon price for said work was 410' of boring at $125.00 per ft. for a total of $51,250.00, as well as $3,500.00 for the Steering Kit, as evidenced by the enclosed invoice which has been submitted to River Valley Enterprises, Inc. As of this date the total amount is past due according to its terms. Please note that we are required to send noticeunder the applicable provisions of The McGregor Act, Article 5160, Revised Civil Statutes of Texas, and pursuant to "Texas Government Code Chapter 2252 (and any predecessor statutes).
