There are still some issues that are outstanding, such as: real as-built plans; restoring vegetation along
Denton Tap where the sidewalk was installed; and an erosion control bond. Those items are very
minor and this is probably as close to complete as we will get. I do not want to hold up the sale of the
property, so Larry will issue a letter of substantial completion on Monday, as Mr Hawkins requested in
his July 10, 2008 letter. Our normal process is for the inspector to issue the letter.
