Our end was taken care of.
I talked to Larry Jackson a few minutes ago, and he said they were still evaluating whether they would close without a
"final acceptance." He wanted to know if we would issue building permits.
I told him we would probably let them pull two permits for model homes, but that I thought they should be able to have
the final acceptance within a few days if they would just address the few little issues...

Keith authored the letter & it was faxed to David Ritter and Mr. Hawkins at 11:45. We didn't know up front when the closing
was scheduled, but Clay called while Carol & Keith were working on the letter & said he thought it was at noon. I made sure
it got out of here before then, took a copy to Clay's office & a copy is in your inbox.

Clay and Ken:
Walt Leonard called me this morning with a request that the Letter of Substantial Completion be
issued and faxed as soon as possible, as Mr. Hawkins is scheduled to close on the project at noon today,
and the closing will not take place without the letter. Please let me know if this will be possible and I’ll pass
the information along to Walt.
I’ll also follow up with him and request a copy of the closing documents so we’ll have hard info on
what his final profits on the project are.
