Great news! David Ritter just called to inform me that the judge ruled in the City's favor on our Motion for
Summary Judgment in the case finding that all of the issues were supported by substantial evidence with
the exception of the relief we have already provided and $8,ooo on the land underlying the sidewalk that
we knew was in jeopardy.
Mira Mar may very well appeal, but this is great news and it sets a good record that should prove difficult
to overturn.
