As usual what we have here is a failure to communicate. Not yours! Something dropped off between

The plans submitted by the Engineer, dated June 05, show Hard 8 running all the utilities and the final
plans sealed by the Engineer on 5/12/06 also show them running all utilities.
The water line needs to be looped and the water line in Bethel is on the north side and we would let them
open cut that with correct traffic control. The water line in Freeport is on west side and they will need to
bore Freeport.
I have not heard that we are supposed to run utilities to the site. If we are, we will need to bid that work to
get a contractor to do the work.
Let me know how to proceed.

Are you all meeting on Leslie tract today?
Also is the waterline to the Hard 8 on the North side of Bethel? Or in the middle? Is there problem the
boring? They called and said they expected to run the water on the site but thought we were bringing it to
the site. Comments, suggestions, and solutions are appreciated. JW
