Sorry, Ken. Revise wasn't the correct word...I meant did you talk to Jim about waiving the inspection fees or not. I don't
mind asking him about it, but you had mentioned that you were going to talk to him so I didn't want to confuse him by
both of us asking. I just wanted to give the Hard 8 guys an accurate amount so they don't come back later and gripe at all
of us and claim that they shouldn't have to pay it since it wasn't included in the original amount.

What was I suppose to revise? The numbers are correct.
The issues are: 1) Will they purchase and install their own detector checks or purchase them from the City? 2) Will we access and
collect inspection fees for public and privates improvements that they construct? It's 2% on the private and 4% on the public. 3)
We have waived the roadway impact fees in the amount of $14,915.25, so that leaves $5,084.75 remaining of the original $20,000
fee waiver that can be used to offset fees. I'm not sure if Building Inspections is reducing their fee by $5,084.75.
We have $17,331.18 of fees, meters and impact fees remaining to collect, not including the inspection fees. We can not calculate
the inspection fees until we have a copy of the contracts.
Let me know. I'm out this afternoon, but I will be checking email.

Did you by any chance get to revise the impact fees for them? They want to cut their check tomorrow to pick up their building
permit, but I told them to wait until they heard from us on the revised fees.

The updated cost estimate for the Hard 8 is attached. I'm still not sure that the vault and detector check cost is high enough.
Hopefully, they did some research and the private side can get a better price than we can.
