I've spoken with my Department, and the only outstanding issue is for representatives with Hard 8 to sign
and submit their construction permit. We have the approved
Engineering Construction plans to provide to them once we have the signed permit. The plans were not
provided to them at the preconstruction meeting because of the confusion over the inspection fees. Now
that the fee issue is resolved, we are eager to provide the plans and get the project started.
