Ken,
I got your voicemail and figured e-mail was the fastest way to get you this message right now. The city did pay for the
lighting plan for Hard 8. They delivered it to Matt Steer, and I gave a copy to Lee Stone and Keith when they delivered it.
No one had any problems with it at the time it was delivered, but Rob Wilson (the general contractor) called me to let me
know that the landscaping wasn't going towork. He also mentioned the lighting but said they thought they had figured out
a solution for the lighting. Then, when we went out there the other day (Jim, Clay, Gary and I), he mentioned that he had
figured out a solution to the lighting. I will go through my files and find a copy of the lighting plan to give you tomorrow.
