Mark N4LV in blue on curb at all mainline valves
Mark FLV in red on curb at fire line valves
Domestic meter can must be dry to inspect
Fire hydrant valve located; not to prints. Prints show location of valve.
Provide record drawings
Provide maintenance bonds for paving and utilities
Clean #ife11d and parking area(s)
Rework the drainage in the south side parking lot— it is holding water
Remove construction debris on all of project

1. Rout and seal cracks on driveways around building. They are marked with pink
paint.
2. Rout and seal cracks on sidewalk near building entrance. Marked with paint.
3. Need to seal joints on curb around building driveways and parking lots.
4. Need to seal joints on driveways that were missed. Marked with paint.
5. Need to remove erosion control fence around Y -inlet at northwest entrance.
6. Remove dumpsters and leftover material and equipment from job site.
