after any entry for repairs or maintenance, GRANTEE shall, excep! for removed obstructiolls,
return thc sudace area of the easement strip to ils oriai.md condition as nearly as practical taking
into consideration il~ nature of the work being performed. GRANTORS reserve ~he right to
u,~ and maintain the surface of the easement su'ip for purposes which will not
h~terfere with GRANTEE'S rights hereby granted and agree that upon completion of the
