get whatever we have in the area. If you'll let him know you are working for us there will be no charge for the copies.
We have no objections to the surveyor visiting the project to figure his time and cost. Please ask him to refer any inquiries
to our office rather than giving out any schedule information.

I just received an email that said my previous email thanking you for giving
us the project had failed after 48 attempts. So, thank you for the 49th
time for considering GSWW for the project. We are looking forward to the
project and working with your staff. I spoke with Quinn about the time
schedule to get the contract to council, we both did not foresee this to be
a problem. I would like to come by your offices tomorrow to pull any
relevant plans or plats in the area so we can get started on producing a
project scope and preliminary layout. Who do I need to contact in order to
gather this information? I have contacted our surveyor concerning the
project and would like to get him out to the site as soon as I can so that
he can provide me with a cost proposal. Would the City have any problem
with him going out to the site to look it over in order to put his cost
estimate together? Once again, thank you for choosing GSWW and we are
looking forward to working with you and your staff.

referenced project. The next step in this process is for us to work out the
scope and fee details. I am attaching our standard contract language for
your review and a boiler plate scope document. Please review these
documents and contact me with any questions or comments.
Please prepare a construction cost estimate and preliminary schedule for
this project along with your detailed scope and fee proposal. If we are
able to work out the details in time we would like to bring an agenda item
to our August 21, 2007 City Council meeting for approval of a contract with
