I cannotfigureout what the consultant did between theWindsor Estatesprojectand the second project Deforest Court with the drainage calculations and the starting HG.  Also, it appears to me that the consultant did not includethe drainage area fromVillages of Coppell Phase 3 “DA area H” and Villages of Coppell Phase4 “DA areaD”.
