Hey Keith,
I just wanted to give you an update. We have been working on the preliminary opinion of Probable cost this week. I talked
with the surveyor, Geotechnical, and structural and all three have performed a site visit and understand the scope. We
have already been discussing ideas. We have a pretty good handle on everything but the drainage. I have put in a call to
the design engineer at Halff to ask him some "general questions" about his second design of the system for Deforest Court.
I am also writing up the scope today, but will be out of the office tomorrow. I have been called out by TxDOT to finish up
the inspection of two bridges that cross lakes down around Temple.
It is plan to get you something to look at by the end of Thursday.
