RE: Grapevine Creek Sanitary Sewer Project (SS 94-02A)
On October 24, 1995, the City Council awarded a contract to River Valley Enterprises Utility
Contractors for the construction of the above mentioned project. It is anticipated that this project
will begin construction sometime in early December and be completed in approximately four
months. The project will begin at the southwest comer of Bethel Road and Denton Tap Road.
From that point, it will proceed south on the west side of Denton Tap to the railroad tracks
where it will cross under Denton Tap Road to the east side. It will then continue south
approximately 1/2 mile to Airline Drive.
The City's inspector for this project is Garreth Campbell. Mr. Campbell can be reached at 304-
3685 for any questions that you may have during the course of construction.
The City is very sensitive to the concerns of the citizens along this project. The contractor will
always maintain ingress and egress to all properties with as little inconvenience as possible.
