Dear Mr. Anderson:
This letter will serve as your official notice to begin construction on the referenced project. As
per the terms of the contract, you are required to begin work no later than ten days after
notification to begin. Therefore, the calendar days for this project will begin no later than
December 11, 1995. Obviously, if you begin work prior to December 11, 1995 the calendar
days will begin at that time. There are 120 calendar days allocated for this project.
