RE: Grapevine III Sanitary Sewer Project SS 94-02
Dear Mr. West:
At the October 24, 1995 City Council meeting, the City Council awarded the referenced project
to your firm. Enclosed with this letter are three copies of the contract signed by the Mayor.
Please sign and return two copies of the contract to me. After we have received the signed
contracts, a notice to proceed letter will be sent to you.
Also, included with this letter please find the Construction Agreement and Contractor's Right
of Entry form from DART. That document should be completed, signed and returned to DART
prior to any work within DART's right-of-way. If you have any questions concerning that
document please contact Jan Seidner at 749-2917.
