We ran out some quick costs on a 4-Lane bridge with an 8' trail. The
cost is approximately $1.2M. If we use a 4-lane bridge, we have already
discovered that we may have some trouble in being able to construct it
while keeping the existing bridge open to traffic. It is probably
something we can work around, but just some additional information for
you to consider. Let me know what you think as we are trying to get a
layout complete with a profile so that we can get the ROW needs
