ST0502A-CS090204 Page 1 of 1 Keith Marvin - Freeport From:    "Matt Atkins" <matkins@tnp-online.com> To:    "Keith Marvin" <kmarvin@ci.coppell.tx.us> Date:    2/4/2009 11:37 AM Subject:    Freeport   Keith,   On the Stewart Property, we have researched the prescriptive issue and our surveyors found something in the deed that may help.  They are going to revise the exhibit and description that will separate the areas out.  They are currently looking back on some other similar properties to see how to notate everything correctly.  Once we get that figured out, I will give you more information.    On the well issue, I have looked at our survey and I think I have found the buildings/structures that are in question.  I need to go out there and look at it make sure, but will get you something on that in the next day or so.  If it is where I think it is, then we may be able to alter our slopes such that we do not impact it, but I have to confirm.    I am working on the cost for the Anderson property, both the fill and the engineering/surveying cost.  I will get all of this to you soon as well.   We’ll talk to you soon.  Thanks and have a great day!   Matt Atkins, P.E.
