ST0502A-CS090225 Page 1 of 1 Keith Marvin - Freeport/Anderson Property From:    "Matt Atkins" <matkins@tnp-online.com> To:    "Keith Marvin" <kmarvin@ci.coppell.tx.us> Date:    2/25/2009 3:30 PM Subject:    Freeport/Anderson Property   Keith,   Just to follow up on our conversation yesterday about the floodplain issues.  I did a little checking on how we have set everything up and I think there is some flexibility that may help you with your negotiations with the property owner.  We have confirmed that we only need to submit a LOMR which will be done at the completion of the project.  We can submit that with or without the fill on the Anderson property.  Therefore, if they did not complete their work in time, the city could submit the LOMR without their property included.  We have completed the modeling to include it, but we could easily remove that from the models, and just submit for the bridge.  So, it could be that you pay them for the ROW, and then they could be on their own for getting the fill work done.  If they get it together in time, then we could include it with the bridge, if not, then we don’t have to submit theirs with the City’s portion.   Matt Atkins, P.E.
