After I told him on the phone the location it was better but there is a dividing line of its Lender controlled or if they
own it out right.
Obviously, if he has it outright, it’s a simpler transaction so we need to be a specific as possible. I think relating
it to the detention area and any other critical landmarks like our first entrance will be very, very helpful.
Hard to see when they are in Boston…
