Keith,
I know all long we've been talking about designing and installing a 8' trail on the west side of freeport parkway. Is there
any way we can kick that out to a 10' trail? It can shrink down to 8' at the bridge, but the main trail section Brad would like
to kick out to at least a 10'. Is it too late in the game for such a change?
