Dear Mr. Marvin:
Please consider this additional fee request for engineering services associated with the Bethel Road
Project. Additional services are related to changes made to median openings and left turn lanes and
generally involve land scapelirrigation changes and civil drawing adjustments as follows:
• Revise landscape & irrigation drawings to reflect new median opening and left turn lanes near
stations 7 +00,13 +00, 47 +00 and 62 +00.
• Revise paving plan and profile and storm drain drawings to reflect new median opening and left
turn lanes near stations 7 +00,13 +00, 47 +00 and 62 +00.
• Prepare revised quantity take offs
• Deliver revised signed and sealed drawings to Coppell (one hard copy & PDF's)
Estimated Fee $3,000.00
All terms and conditions shall remain identical to those in our existing contract with the City of Coppell.
If you agree with the additional fee request, please return one signed copy, If you have any questions, or
require further clarification, please do not hesitate to call.
