Karlsruher, P.E., Ginn, Inc. Date: The issues listed below must be addressed in order to process this revision request: 1. As stated in the March 4, 1988 conditional Letter of Map Revision issued for this case, Subparagraph 60.3(b)(7) of the National Flood Insurance Program (NFIP) regulations (copy enclosed) requires that the City of Coppell assure that the channel modifi- cations associated with the Denton Tap Road bridge replacement be maintained. Please submit assurance that the community will uphold its responsibility to maintain the modified channel in order to preserve its design function. Please be aware that the Federal Emergency Management Agency may request that your community submit a description and schedule of the channel maintenance activities. 2. Please submit community endorsement of this revision request from the City of Coppell in accordance with Paragraph 65.4(b) of the NFIP regulations (copy enclosed). 3.
