Add additional street detail to Location Map. 2. Sheet 14 is not a plan & profile as noted. General Notes & Erosion Control Details Sheet - 3. Add changes to notes as marked on sheet. 4. Contractor will need to replace all necessary street signs, not city. 5. Use city erosion control details. Typical Paving Sections Sheets - 6. Change #3 bars to #4. 7. On Section 7 +50 to 18 +25 and 23 +25 to 29 +55.1, slope should start towards bottom of wall. 8. On Section 2 +65 to 6 +50 and 23 +25 to 29 +55.1 reference detail for integral wall. Paving Plan and Profile - 9. Show stamped concrete on plan view. 10. Label all PCR elevations on plan view. 11. Eliminate BFR at 2 +00, 16 +30, and 26 +75 south and both north and south at sta 31 +48, or provide insight as to why needed (school bus drop - off?). 12. Reference sheet # for water revisions. (sheet 15, is water sheet and not removal sheet) 13. Add Flow Arrows. 14. Show signal locations at MacArthur. 15. Will need ramps at all driveway locations due to placement of sidewalk. 16. There is a lot of ped rail on this project. Can we do something different? 17. On alley behind Lake Forest, label grades to tie into. Confusing based on section 14 +75. 19. Sta. 20 +03.7 driveway, are these retaining walls necessary? Why not have Sidewalk directly off gutter line like other driveways? 20. Sta. 29 +84 area between wall & BC will need to be stamped concrete and not just grass. 21. Sta. 30 +25 bump -out sidewalk & wall for Fire Hydrant. 22. Sta. 31 +48 will sidewalk on south meet ada/tas requirements? Paving Plan MacArthur Blvd. Sheet - 23. Adjust txt sizes - +/ -0.1 in paper space. 24. Use detail 2140 for median nose. (stamped concrete) 25. Add striping throughout intersection not just new turn lane. Water Plan and Profile - 26. Include any and all water lines additions or modifications on water plan and profile. Not just at 2 +50. Sanitary Sewer Plan and Profile - 27. Make parallel storm visible. Drainage Area Map and Computations - 28. Please show Windsor Estates on map as well as lot lines for B -18 and such. 29. Check spelling in inlet calculations. 30. Seems to be an error in total Q100 between sta 0 +75 and 0 +21. 31. Why are bends not shown in calculations? 32. Where are you adding Kj values? 33. H.G. elevations for Line A don't seem to match profile. 34. If including 10 year H.G. in profile can you please add calculations to plans? 35. We don't typically allow for drops in HG elevations. Storm Sewer Plan and Profile Line A- 36. Check Sta 1 +86.7 for A -3 lateral name? 37. Check size of RCP's. 38. Add flow arrows. Storm Sewer Plan and Profile Line B- 39. Add Flow Arrows. 40. Check lateral calls. 41. Show proposed ROW. 42. Add parallel 36" RCP 43. On B -15, revise pipe to 18" RCP w/ wye connection. Removal Plan - 44. Add cut & plug 18" Stm. Swr. to other end at MacArthur. 45. Look at changing name of sheets to Removal and Utility Adjustments Plan. 3 46. At Sta. 20 +00, add removal of brick drive like on paving p &p. 47. When is work to be performed on MacArthur? When will traffic light work start? 49. Phases start at 3, what is Phase 1 & 2? 50. Can any phases run concurrently? 51. Specify during each phase what direction traffic will flow? 52. One way traffic to be in an eastbound direction only due to emergency vehicles. Striping Plan - 53. Do not stop buttons at driveways or alleys. 54. Show MacArthur Striping. Typical Sections - 55. Use City Std. Details. Standard Retaining Wall - 56. Need to add info on color and texture where applicable. Color & texture only where visible to public or property owners. Will want to pull out of bid as separate item if price too high. Pedestrian Rail - 57. Rail will need to be powder coated black or earth tone. Not plain galvanized. 58. Can we look at other handrail options? We have seen a high price for this recently. Paving and Driveway Cross Sections - 59. Add all slopes to every cross section. 60. Look at placing sidewalk next to gutter at driveway locations instead of pulling back. 61. Show handrail where called for. There may be additional comments throughout the plans that should be addressed. Please make the necessary changes and submit these marked -up plans and two sets of revised full size plans to the City for review.
