Drainage channel maintenance

This letter is to inform you that the drainage channel within your property is in need of
attention. There are locations within the channel that do not drain properly which causes
water to pond, and can become a breeding ground for mosquitoes. You may want to
contact the Asbury Manors Home Owners Association to see if they would be willing to
jointly participate in addressing the channel flow issues.
