Get it to me when you can and I'll get it on a council agenda. Thanks. Keith Keith Marvin, P.E. Project Engineer (972) 304-3681 >>> "Mark Holliday" <mholliday@tnp-online.com> 12/4/2007 4:02 PM >>> Keith, Overall this amendment is not much different than the one in 2004 in terms of its cost components, ie a similar time shift of labor costs and a modified plan prep scope. I can put everything in whatever format you prefer, but we see things breaking down as follows: TxDOT Related Changes 1- meetings and corresp. w/ TxDOT representatives 2- preparation of Design Summary Report and related corresp. 3- Preparation of schematic per txdot standards and associated modifications 4- Coordination with state's EA representative 5- Bridge design checklists, geo evaluation and scour analysis 6- Preparation of pavement design report 7- Additional standards sheets in plan set, ie traffic control, bridge standards, signage/striping, details 8- Public meeting 9- Potential plan changes per DSR/schematic reviews 10- Separation of plans, bid docs, and administrative efforts into two projects. (3/9/2010) Keith Marvin - Re: Sandy Lake RoadPage 2 Time Shift 1- Limited update survey for current design and ROW/boundary conditions. 2- Engineering design through 2008 and construction admin into 2009 3- LA / H&H / 404 work through 2008. All total, this results in a $147,000 amendment. Give us a call to discuss if you want, and we can work all this into a suitable format. I have the one we did in 2004, and it was a letter w/ a 2-page Modification to Scope of Services form. Mark J. Holliday, P.E.
