TxDOT will do the EA for the project.

Good Morning Maurice,
I talked to Keith Marvin with the City of Coppell and he mentioned that
you were going to put together some example information for us to use in
preparation of the West Sandy Lake Road Schematic. We are in the
process of beginning to get the project in schematic form again. If you
have any information that we could use, we would be glad to run over to
your office and pick it up.
Also, do you have the contact information for the person at Civil
Associates who is doing the environmental work for this project? I
would like to contact them to make sure they have everything they need
to get their part going.
I really appreciate all of your help, and I look forward to working with
