Keith,
I received your message and we had conceptually looked at some revised costs. The numbers that we have right
now are $3.7Million for the Phase 2 (TxDOT) portion and $5.1Million for the Phase 3 portion. Those numbers
include landscape, but do not include any money for relocation of transmission poles. I don’t know yet how many
of those poles will need to be relocated. We are working on the design of both of those sections and should know
pretty soon. We should be able to get a better cost once we make a submittal to TxDOT. Let me know if you
