Keith,
An engineer by the name of Bill Wimberley joined TNP a few weeks ago. For many years, he was the District
Right-of-Way Engineer for the FW District of TxDOT. He then spent several years with a local right-of-way
acquisition firm.
Bill’s expertise is right-of-way acquisition. He was also successful with his previous firm in landing Utility
Coordination contracts with multiple TxDOT districts and a Construction Inspection contract with the City of Fort
Worth. We have several projects already in which Bill’s services are being be utilized, including roadway
reconstruction/widening and water transmission mains.
Please keep TNP in mind for your upcoming right-of-way acquisition or easement needs. We know it is difficult to
dedicate City staff time to negotiating with property owners.
