Keith,
We looked at the ROW needs on the TxDOt section and we will need one on
the property adjacent to the bridge that is on the southeast corner of
Winding Hollow and Sandy Lake Road. I think we were holding off on this
one until TxDOT approved the schematic. Due to the bridge and waterline
both being in that location, we may need to adjust the ROW need there to
accommodate those facilities. Is this okay with you or do you want us
to try to get something going now?
