Attached is the deed for the Thweat Park property that does not indicate its use. I have a City storm drain map
that shows it as a Future Park and Fire Station Site. Have y'all found anything that could be considered official?
talked with Alma at Civil Associates and she seems to think just about anything might work. She has
correspondence from the park department that is consistent with it being a fire station at one time. I think if we
have any official Coppell map and this deed, then hopefully all of this will work. Thanks.
