I agree both letters should go together. If you would sign your letter, scan and send it to me I will put it with ours.
In our discussion about the 30 day time frame for the counter, if you want me to leave that out I can. I can tell
them at the time of the offer I will contact them in two to three weeks to see where they are with the offer. Doing it
that way makes it feel like they have the control of the process.
Let me know your thoughts on doing it that way.
