In acquiring a portion of your property located at 100 Cottonwoodfor the City, Teague Nall and Perkins follows a definite procedure for determining value of the land needed and for handling personal negotiations with each owner. We believe at this stage of the purchase process it is mutually beneficial to confirm that based on our $62,821.00 value determination, that the City of Coppell is authorized to offer you for your property. This amount is the total amount of just compensation for your property, as determined by the policy of the City of Coppell, less oil, gas and sulphur.
