I called Mr. Anderson to see where he was with his counter offer. He told me he was getting close. He had a
question that he needed some clarification or answers to.
He is saying with the taking of his property it would damage his lot as far as size to a builder wanting to
rebuild a newer home. The question is would the City grant as part of the counter his lot at the time of sale
maintain the same set back as he has today? He didn’t want his corner lot to lose value or attractiveness to a
custom builder when he gets ready to sale in the next two to three years,
I will be meeting with him next week and if you could get me some type of answer so I could give him as to what
the City maybe able to help him in this area.
