He told me he was getting close. He had a question that he needed some clarification or answers to.   He is saying with the taking of his property it would damage his lot as far as size to a builder wanting to rebuild a newer home. The question is would the City grant as part of the counter his lot at the time of sale maintain the same set back as he has today?
