Attached are two copies of the civil plans for this project revised per your markup plans
and comment letter. I am also returning the markup set of plans.
The following address the comments, markups and revisions made:
Cover — Sheet 1
I . Revise Sheet Index for added sheet.
Grading Plan — Sheet 4
1. Add barrier free ramps at Washington Court and Devon Drive and Oxford Place and
Washington Drive.
2. Correct spelling on sheet reference.
Grading Plan — Sheet 5
l . Revise grades at Devon Drive and Washington Court intersection to route water to
north side of Washington Court.
2. Move inlet in Washington Court to clear proposed drives.
3. Add barrier free ramp from access from southeast side to northwest side of Devon
Drive at Washington Court.
4. Revise grades for Washington Court.
Paving Plan — Sheet 6
1. Inlets were moved to clear proposed driveways. See additional comments below.
2. Revise grades for Washington Court and Devon Drive to allow better flow of water.
Inlet could not be moved to Lot 24 & 25 due to proposed driveway conflict.
3. Add walk to cemetery for mowing access from Washington Court.
Paving Plan — Sheet 7
1. Add walk from Oxford Place to proposed walk along Denton Tap Road — this
provides access from single family to the commercial Lot 27.

2. Relocate inlet in Devon Drive before street capacity is exceeded.

1. Revise Drainage Area Table for revised drainage areas.
