Dear Mr. Griffin:
I sincerely appreciate that you took the time to meet with us in your office. Please be informed
that our project as referenced above is at the last stage of completion. However, it was brought
to our attention by the City Inspector that the pattern of stamped concrete in the street median
area is not same as the one presented in the City Standards. I believe it was an accidental
oversight by the concrete contractor. At this point, considering the stage of construction that we
are at, I request your kind attention to this matter. I humbly request that you approve this pattern
as it was done which will allow us to move forward with this project.
