Included with this letter, I have provided a copy of the permanent easement. Also, included is a copy of the construction plans showing the general location of the easement in relationship to your property and Denton Tap Road. The easement should be signed, notarized and returned to the City of Coppell Engineering Department. The Engineering Department has a notary on staff that will be happy to notarize this document for you.
