MacArthur Blvd. Right-of-Way and Easements
Dear Russell:
Attached herewith are three (3) sets of preliminary plan and profile
drawings for the proposed MacArthur Blvd. across Denton Creek. The proposed
right-of-way, as developed by Ginn, Inc., Consulting Engineers, is shown on
the drawings. Drainage, slope, and temporary construction easements, as
proposed by Dannenbaum Engineering Corporation, are also shown on the
drawings. These easements should be added to the right-of-way drawings
prepared by Ginn, Inc. prior to negotiating with land owners for the
right-of-way and easements.
