Up to 14 main lanes ► Four SH 114 toll managed lanes ► New direct connections P. Rebuild three interchanges at SH 26, SH 121, and International Parkway ��x� ^�„ucbr. Lane closures are permitted during off -peak travel times as long as at least two lanes are maintained in each direction. Off -peak times are 8 p.m. to 6 a.m. Monday through Friday and weekends P.
