Dear Mr. Campbell,
Soiltech Engineering and Testing, Inc. is pleased to provide you with an
estimated cost for providing materials testing services at the above referenced
project. The types of tests as well as the quantities you provided in our meeting
on January 25, 2000. We appreciate you using our firm on this project.
Soiltech Engineering and Testing Inc. will provide qualified technicians
and all necessary equipment to complete the testing you require.
Attached is a list of the testing per your directives in our meeting.

Notes:
1. Technician's hours will be invoiced portal to portal.
All hours worked in excess of 8 hours per day, Monday through Friday, and
all day Saturday will be 1.5 times the normal hourly rate. All work performed
before 7:00 A.M. and after 5:00 P.M. will be invoiced at 1.5 times the normal
hourly rate.
3. All work performed on Sunday or recognized Holidays will be invoiced at 2.0
times the normal hourly rate.
4. Any additional testing requested but not contained in this proposal will be
invoiced on Soiltech Engineering and Testing, Inc. current fee schedule.
