PAVEMENT CONSTRUCTION AND MAINTENANCE, INC. (PCM) offers to furnish all
labor, materials and equipment required for the performance of the
following described work in connection with construction or improvements
at Bethel Road in the City of Coppell, Texas.
Pavement improvements.
The work is to be performed as follows:
Item 1: Remove the existing material in the half of the roadway that
has the failures (approx. 4,000 1~ X 12.5 lf) to a depth of 3'
(Approx. 5,333 cy in place) Additional grade variation to be
determined by Engineer and billed by unit price.
5,333 CY @ $8.84/CY = 847,129.00
Item 2: Fabric under liner at the ditch level

Item 3: Recompaction of the existing material to 100% density.
