Dear Mr. Josephson:
I am in receipt of your letter dated April 15, 2010 regarding the condition of the masonry
fagade on the bridge structure in the Asbury Manor subdivision. Our staff is aware of the
situation and will be placing the item on our normal maintenance schedule. We have
communicated this information to Mr. Larry Kingsbury, one of the board members of the
HOA.
As the issue at hand is more cosmetic than structural and has little, if any, impact on
safety, the repairs work will not receive the highest of priorities. I do not have an
estimated date upon which the repairs will be made; however, staff will make the repairs
to this structure as part of our overall maintenance program.
