Dear Mr. Marshall,
Pursuant to your request and our review of the project site, we hereby
submit our proposal to provide survey services. Our understanding of the desired
scope of services is, as follows:
Prepare four (4) sidewalk easements (504, 699, 881 and 890 Denton Tap
Road) based upon our former surveys and your overall desired easement
areas.
The foregoing will be accomplished for a fee of $2,400.00.
