WHE~AS, the City of Cop~ll has re~ested use of Dallas County's ~nual
Contract for Asphalt Road Surfacing Products, Bid No. 95-109, by th~
attached Interlocal ~reement~ ~d
WHE~AS, ~ticle 791.011 (A) of the Inter.local Coo~ration Act authorizes
contracts between local government agencies and~litical subdivisions to
~rfo~ gover~ental functions and services~ and
WHE~AS, ~AC-Texas, Inc., the asphalt vendor under Bid No. 95-109, has
agreed to extend pricing for the County's bid to the City of Cop~ll~ now
T~FO~, BE IT O~E~D, ~JUDGED AND DEC~ED, that the Dallas County
Co~issioners Court authorize the City of Cop~ll to utilize the County's~nual
Contract for Asphalt Road Surfacing Products, Bid No. 95-109, and the ~unty
Judge is hereby authorized to execute theattachedInterlocal Agre~ent with the
City of Cop~ll for usage of said contract for the period March 12, 1996 throug~
April. 19, 1996. ' ~/

XII.
It is agreed that work will not start by the city until this
agreement has been fully.executed by City and county.

It is recognized that no county funds, eqUipment or
personnel w£11 be utilized in the performance, of work.
The County of Dallas has executed this agreement on this
