How many prints and what media for the signature set? Thank you for asking. And no, no other City I can think of requires signatures from franchise utilities. And yes, tracking down all these people is a major pain. If I were king, I would put the franchise guys on the distribution list and leave it up to them to make comments just like a City department. It is very helpful for the City to maintain an up to date list of contact info for each utility. It is hard to track down the right people otherwise.
