We will make the revisions. How many prints and what media for the signature set?
Thank you for asking. And no, no other City I can think of requires signatures from franchise
utilities. And yes, tracking down all these people is a major pain. If I were king, I would put
the franchise guys on the distribution list and leave it up to them to make comments just like
a City department. It is very helpful for the City to maintain an up to date list of contact info
for each utility. It is hard to track down the right people otherwise.

Mike Garza also reviewed .. and it appears all is good from his perceptive... I however, found
what appeared to be a random "floo" in the Flood Plain Administrator's signature block.. oh
my again...
Attach is the latest and greatest Franchise Utility Contacts for your use...
and speaking of Franchise Utility signatures.... are you required to obtain these signatures in
any other city that you work in? Does this activity provide useful information for you and the
utility company?

plat. This is to allow for the installation of a gas line.

north -south private drive. We took our easement all the way to the

Based on my landbase that shows the existing U/E (no specific u/e
information on my landbase) in the street portion of the MH Park and
your
attachments everything looks fine to me. The footage for the proposed
U/E
appears to overlap /join the existing U /E.

We are revising the plat on Phase I to include a dedication of ROW
across
Phase II to the Mobile Home Park. We are also proposing a utility
easement
from there to the drive into the MH park. That easement should include
all
the area from the existing North ROW of Ruby to the proposed north ROW.
Please review the exhibits. If they work for everyone, we will sign and
seal paper copies for use in the easement that I assume the City
Attorney
will prepare.
