He was estimating this was to be concluded last Thursday, but I haven't heard back.   In  reviewing the Work Assignment Supplement provided by Atmos I'm not sure Fain Construction can be considered or execute the agreement as the "Developer". Ron Hayes w/ Atmos had stated he has worked under previous agreements where the general contractor (not the property owner) executes the Work Assignment Supplement as the "Developer" in order to expedite the process.    You were going to have the Partners look this agreement over and get back to me.
